Cancellations & Late Arrivals
To cancel or change an appointment please contact the clinic within 24 hours (1 business day) prior to the scheduled appointment. Charges amounting in the full cost of the missed appointment will be incurred otherwise. Voice mail is available 24 hrs/day by calling: (905) 693 3546.Late time is deducted from any treatment for patients more than 5 minutes late.
Prices
Please call the clinic for prices as they vary depending on the type and duration of the treatment. Prices begin at $45.00 and may be subject to change.
A treatment includes: consent, assessment, health history, testing, self care and massage or acupuncture.
Some extended health care plans may fund all or a portion of treatment costs. Your insurance provider may also cover some of the cost if you have had a motor vehicle accident. Please check your policy for further details.
Please note that your appointment time and length has been reserved especially for you. Due to high demand for our services sudden cancellations, and no shows pose a real problem in our practices. Such events result in direct loss of income to us. Therefore, we request 24 hours notice for an appointment change to avoid a cancellation fee of the full appointment cost.
